SouthWest Denver Coalition, Denver Parks & Recreation, and My Outdoor Colorado are joining forces to host Safe Summer Kick-Off Get Outdoors Day (SSKO GO Day), on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Garfield Lake Park from 10 am to 3 pm.
This FREE, family-friendly event is designed to promote a safe summer, access to healthy and safe outdoor spaces, supports under-resourced communities and celebrates nature exploration. We need your active engagement to make it happen!

We’d like to invite you to join us as a sponsor for our 2025 Safe Summer Kickoff Get Outdoors Day event. Support from superb partners like yours helped us attract over 80 exhibitors and over 5,000 attendees at SSKO GO Day in 2024.
Our primary purpose for hosting this event is to connect Southwest Denver communities with local organizations, agencies, businesses, and governments that are interested in collaborating with them to help them improve their quality of life. It also serves as an excellent forum for Southwest Denver to come together as a community and express their rich cultural heritage and promote diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility. This free, family-friendly event will promote safety, healthy living, and outdoor activities, while including a resource fair, music, live entertainment, activities, and more.
Safe Summer Kickoff Get Outdoors Day is made possible because of our amazing partners who help support our work for the community. Here are a few reasons to support the SSKO GO event as a sponsor:

Ambassador ($500) – Reserved booth space, logo on online materials (SSKO Go Day website page, social media), printed materials (banner, brochure, flier).
Advocate ($750) – Premier reserved booth space, logo on online materials (SSKO Go Day website page, social media), printed materials (banner, brochure, flier), live shoutouts during event.
Community Champion ($1,500) – Two Premier reserved booth placement near main entertainment area, Logo on online materials (SSKO Go Day website page & SWDC Sponsorship page, social media), printed materials (banner, brochure, flier), live shoutouts during event, supports four booth spaces for non-profit, and 2-3 minutes of reserved speaking time.
Presenting Sponsor ($5,000 or more) – Two Premier reserved booth placement near main entertainment or area of your choosing, logo online materials (SSKO Go Day website page & SWDC Sponsorship page, social media), printed materials (banner, brochure, flier, press release), live shoutouts during event, access to data report, supports eight booth spaces for non-profit, 2-3 minutes of reserved speaking time, SWDC Website as a Sponsor for 2025, and SSKO Go Day radio sponsorship shout out.
The SouthWest Denver Coalition accepts financial or in-kind donations. Donations are tax deductible using Tax ID 84-1135942.
Donation receipts can be provided at donors request.
For sponsorship logos to be added on the flyer we will need all logos by April 18th or once logo capacity is reached to get Final approved and printed.
