SouthWest Denver Coalition and partners are joining forces to host the Westwood National Night Out on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at Westwood Park from 5 pm to 8 pm. This is a FREE event with music, cultural performances, activities for the kids, a large resource fair, giveaways, and free food.
National Night Out aims to build community unity while building positive relationships between community and law enforcement. We are promoting safer communities for Denver’s residents. This provides an opportunity for Southwest Denver communities with local organizations, agencies, businesses, and government departments interested in collaborating with them to help them improve their quality of life. It also serves as an excellent forum for Southwest Denver to come together as a community, express their rich cultural heritage, and promote diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility

2022 Exhibitor
Exhibitors ARE the Partners that make it National Westwood Night Out!
Our Resource designed to build community cohesion and empower community residents by meeting organizations and city departments that will promote a more positive view and relationships. Last years, NNO event, we had over 50 exhibitors and over 750 attendees. Past resource fairs have been an excellent opportunity for providers to network with others and directly connect with and inform the community of services and resources available to them.
Becoming an Exhibitor
For both private and public organizations, participation is a great opportunity for providers to network with each other and directly connect with and inform the community of services and resources available to them in a friendly, positive, safe, and healthy atmosphere.
Is this event right for my organization?
Westwood National Night Out partners envision an event where every organization
represented will be sharing activities and information to promote an intentional,
inclusive, and safe space.
This is NOT your typical community fair; sales of any type are not permitted. Please
consider the following guidelines before registering as an exhibitor.
Exhibits should meet the following criteria:
Incorporates a hands-on component – an activity, a game, props to explore, etc.
Hand out information that connects people directly to community resources and/or the outdoors – flyers, program brochures, maps, and sign ups, schedules, coupons, etc.
If an exhibitor is there to provide food samples – contact us first before registering – there are requirements you must meet to be eligible.
Exhibits that do not meet the above criteria will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The NNO planning team reserves the right to turn away any exhibit that does not fit within the scope and intention of the event.
Exhibitor fees go toward the shared cost of putting on a large-scale partnership event of this scope – trash and recycling services, restrooms, security, and logistical support are all partially covered through exhibitor fees. In order to accommodate as many organizations as possible, we keep the cost minimal and do not provide tables, chairs and tents as part of base event fees.
