SWDC donors give today to change tomorrow!

Thank you for your generous contributions of time, talent, and financial resources to our community! For more than 10 years, SWDC has served the Southwest Denver Community. Reaching out to and connecting with individuals and families one by one is what we do best and the true definition of a small grassroots group committed to serving our community.

• 100% of our operations are supported by contributions from individuals, local agencies, and grants.

• Our staff are volunteers with a passion for service and giving back to the community that raised them.
• We continue to provide vital monthly opportunities for partners and community members to learn, share from each other and to connect to safety, education and wellness services.
• Safe Summer Kick Off on Get Outdoors Day brings together 100+ partners connecting the community to vital resources including information on healthy and safe outdoor spaces and nature exploration serving upwards of  3,000+ community members in one day.
• National Night Out promotes law enforcement and community collaboration, building partnerships and camaraderie to make our communities safer.

We are seeking resources to support our work and allow us to grow to meet growing community needs. Southwest Denver is an extremely diverse area with high populations of Vietnamese, Russian, Somalian, Mexican, Hispanic, and many other ethnicities and cultures where English is the second language for many and access to medical services and other vital resources is not adequate. There are gaps in communication, awareness, affordability, safety, transportation, and cultural relevance to be bridged. We strive to be this bridge, among service providers and between agencies and community members.

The SouthWest Denver Coalition is a 501(c)3 project of the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center and dedicated to equal employment and opportunity. All donations are tax deductible.
